# TotalMail

> TotalMail is a mail client for teams and individuals that you run on your own server. Its native apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad connect to that server and bring your accounts, conversations, writing tools and assistant to the device.

## Product

- Native SwiftUI apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad
- Accounts, folders and rules come from your TotalMail server; mail passwords stay on the server
- Conversations, swipe actions, filters and search with operators (from:, to:, subject:, is:, has:attachment, after:, before:)
- Writing with bold, italic, links, lists, quotes and emoji; drafts saved as you type; a review before every send
- Notifications with actions, Spotlight, Siri and Shortcuts, and mailto links
- An optional assistant that works only when you ask: the one your administrator set up on the server, or Apple Intelligence on the device

## Privacy

- No advertising, no tracking and no analytics SDKs
- The device key is kept in the Keychain; mail passwords are never stored in the app
